First State Politics reports:
Sources tell me that House Majority Leader John Boehner of Ohio will be the featured guest at a fundraiser for Congressman Mike Castle on September 16th in Wilmington.
What's the big deal right?
John Boehner, is the outright idiot-bastard-jack-off who said, "The problems are in Baghdad and within a 30 mile radius of Baghdad. The rest of the country is peaceful."
How much more disconnected from reality can Castle be? How much more of a complete bastard?

UPDATE: Sean Barney was shot by a sniper in Fallujah. He lived, but I wonder how "peaceful" he thinks that part of the country is.

I can almost live with Castle and Boner staying in never-never land, their jobs depend on it. But, there will be a hundred or so of our fellow Delawareans show up at that fundraiser. They will all be there buying votes in Congress. So very sad!

Since most Delaware Republicans (certainly all the bloggers) have forgotten that we are even at war - I don't think they will have a problem consorting with this moron.

What does Castle care? The media seems to love him anyway. Case in point, his campaign breaks the law by putting signs in illegal places, so the News Journal rewards him by putting a huge picture of his campaign sign on the front page.

I just checked John Boehner's website, http://majorityleader.gov/index.asp . He thinks everything, from the federal deficit, to disaster preparedness, to retirement security, to energy policy, to education, to the state of social justice in America looks just peachy. He even praises the Republican majority for its courageous stand on waste, fraud and abuse.
...this is the clear-thinking national leader Mike Castle has asked to campaign for him!?
