Castle's stem cell bill is disengenous BS

Michael Newbold Castle will make some hay out of his stem cell bill. When the bill passes the senate expect Castle to get his mug infront of the cameras and talk about what a great "moderate" he is.

While he is lying, remember this:

The stem cell bill will likely be vetoed by George Bush. In the event that it is not vetoed - Bush will issue a signing statement saying that the law is not really a law at all. Therein lies Castle's deception. He worked to elect Bush and has supported him in his determined efforts to wreck the country. Castle eagerly provides Bush with a rubber stamp when it is needed. When this stem cell effort gets quashed by the white house it will be as if Castle himself is standing shoulder to shoulder with the President, and all he will have to show for it is some press clippings perpetuating the myth that Castle is moderate.

...but that is all he ever wanted anyway.

Comments:
You can't be serious.

Let's see Castle lead the veto override, if it goes down that way. Don't hold your breath.

Heck yeah I'm serious. Karl Rove has already told a bunch of fanatics out west that this thing is going to be the first (real) Bush veto.

As some one said, bush will probably lose his "veto" virginity over this one.

I know about the veto threat. I meant you can't honestly think that the bill is BS. I know what you're trying to do, but you're still reaching.

Okay. The headline below was reaching and probabaly not great for my long term credibility, but that is as far as I will go.

How could Castle work for the election of George Bush (not surprising, nobody thought he was going to be as bad as he turned out to be) - then after the first term, work for the re-election of Bush (beyond shocking) and not know where this was headed the whole time? He had to know.

C'mon already. Castle it is all about APPEARING to be moderate. You know it, I know it, and he knows it.

I disagree. (I'm a man of few words tonight.)

Hmm I love the idea behind this website, very unique.
