Limbaugh "Detained"

(CBS4 News) WEST PALM BEACH

Sources have confirmed to CBS4 News that conservative talk show host Rush Limbaugh has been detained at Palm Beach International Airport for the possible possession of illegal prescription drugs Monday evening.

Limbaugh was returning on a flight from the Dominican Republic when officials found the drugs, among them Viagra.

Limbaugh entered a plea deal back in April in a previous case where his charge of fraud to conceal information to obtain prescriptions was dropped under the condition he continue undergoing treatment for addiction.

Limbaugh had admitted to being addicted to pain killers on his radio program and had entered a rehabilitation program prior to that arrest.

UPDATE What a jerk. He waas trying to cover up the fact that he can't get it up, but having his doctor hand over the viagra without a prescription.

"We believe there may be a second degree misdemeanor violation, which is possession of certain drugs without a prescription, because the bottle does not have his name on it," Miller said.

A doctor had prescribed the drug, but it was "labeled as being issued to the physician rather than Mr. Limbaugh for privacy purposes," Roy Black, Limbaugh's attorney, said in a statement.

isn't this great though he wanted it kept quiet...now instead there is a crawler going by on ABC this morning saying he had viagra unperscribed....oh I love it

Now if only the black bugs that live inside Ann Coulter and give her that life-like appearance would bust out and allow her skin to deflate like a punctured Thanksgiving day parade balloon, my day would be complete.

The privacy thing is the most interesting aspect IMNHO. If we have a "right to privacy" as the USSC says, why do we have to put our names on perscriptions that may be embarassing to fill. Can't we have a perscription number or something?
