Andrew at the spivackforcongress blog has a great run down of Michael Castle's travel record. WARNING: If you thought Castle was some kind of homebody, it aint pretty.

It seems Castle has been out "fact finding" in some very posh resorts over the years. (No doubt in order to take a look at the local coinage.)

While the trips are legal, Andrew makes a great point:

- these kinds of junkets are just the kind of thing you would expect from an person who has been in one elected office or another since 1966.

Or as Andrew put it, "In my opinion, Congressman Castle has simply gotten too comfortable in his position as a seven-term incumbent. "
