Does anyone feel safer...?
Call me jaded, but I'm skeptical about the arrest of the Bible study group in Miami. It turns out, I'm not the only one.
We have this from anon in the comments over at "JTTR"
Initial reports had the reportedly Islamic "terrorists" with Jamaican accents, studying the Bible, (the BIBLE?), practicing martial arts in a rented warehouse... if these are terrorists, we have nothing to fear; they have learned nothing.
This takedown comes at an awfully convenient time for the Bush administration. And it sure looks like these guys were led on by FBI/DHS provocateurs.

But what does some anon commenter know anyway? What I'd like to know is what terrorism specialists thinks about this?

James Yee was taken into custody by U.S. military authorities September 10 at the naval air station in Jacksonville, Florida, while in possession of classified documents "that a chaplain shouldn't have," an official told CNN, speaking on the condition of anonymity.
Turns out Yee was innocent.
Remember the false arrest of an Oregon lawyer, a muslim and former Army officer?
Remember Richard Jewell, falsely accused for the Atlanta Olympic Park bombing?
Caution is the watch word. The good news is that law enforcement had penetrated this group. This calls into question the Administration's insistence that you can't fight terrorism as a law enforcement matter.

A bit weird how the Miami story seems to have dropped out of the news cycle. I went looking to read up on it and found nothing recent. Not even leaks from prosecutors shamelessly attempting to taint the jury pool. What's up with that? Is the administration pulling in their horns?
