Given the disaster that was George W Bush's first term, I can't understand why anyone (of either party) could have voted to allow him to have a second term in office.

He lied us into a pointless vanity war that continues to sap our strength. He decided NOT to catch Osama Bin Laden when he had the chance. He EXPLODED the deficit and ran up crazy bills to China taking control of our economic destiny out of our own hands - and yet, given a record of abject failure, people STILL voted for him. Why?
