With Friends Like Michael Castle, Who Needs Enemies?
We already know that Castle is all too eager to stab the middle class in the back if Bush tells him to (see below), but check out the vote of confidence he gives Boehner in his majority leader race.
"This is a two-person race. It may even be a one-person race," said Rep. Michael Castle, a moderate (sic) Republican from Delaware who is backing Boehner.
In referring to a "one-person race," Castle suggested the possibility that Blunt could walk away with the majority leader job in the first round of secret-ballot voting."
