Carper to Vote No on Alito
We have enough Dems voting no on Alito that the question should now be, how many can we get to vote no on cloture and support a filibuster?
Hilary Clinton is on board for a filibuster.
UPDATE: I just called Carper's Dover office to thank him and to ask him to support the filibuster.

I'll chill the champagne as well. We'll drink a toast. You drink to Alito, and I'll drink to the begining of the end of our one party state. Even a weak opposition party would be an improvment over what we have now.
While I realize you are in love with the idea of a one party state, some of us think that power centralized in a small group is a very dangerous thing.
