Now the twisted religious right is trying to go after gay people over this. Tony Perkins of the Family Retard Council just said gay people (men) are more pedophilic than straight men. This is just a complete lie unproven by any objective statistics. Straight men are the most prevalent and widespread pedophiles. Look at Delaware's own news stories about older disgusting men raping and molesting young girls versus any age of gay males. Meanwhile, as these vile rightwingers say all of this bullshit :

Foley is a pig but let's face it the molesters who go after little girls are the types of sick freaks so maladjusted they are willing to murder. The gay murderers are usually only the closet cases who murder and bash other gay men.

It is no defense of anything since any adult doing this is twisted as shit. But really --- 16 nd 17 year old teenage boys are far capable of handling themselves against sexual advances of some older sicko than are girls who are far more vulnerable to sick pedophiles if only by physical force and intimidation.

Foley's twisted mindset is what you get when a Republican politician is so shamed by his own party and people in it that he ends up resorting to bizarre obviuosly self destructive and dangerous behavior like this. In a world without rightwing crazies bashing gay people perhaps Foley could have lived out a normal life rather than some dark predatory expression of his sexuality. What are the straight predators excuses?

That is the dumbest bunch of bullshit I ever heard. A sicko is a sicko. R's have Foley, D's have Clinton. Left wing, right wing or whatever wing, these people are sicko's and pushing a political agenda (gay rights) because Foley happened is a major stretch.

As for Spivack's comment, I can now complete my day knowing what a candidate for Congress who is going to get trounced by 20 points thinks. My day is complete.
 

ironic that the topic of your previous blog post was "using tragedy to promote a political ideology" since you decided to exploit the tragedy which befell these defenseless teenagers in order to bolster your candidate in your very next blog post.
